Questions
Who carries out the works?
Solmarea manages the whole project. The works are carried out by selected builders, installers and specialists that we coordinate and supervise on site, so you have a single point of contact from design to handover.
Who do I deal with during the project?
With Solmarea, from start to finish. Your project contact keeps you informed, answers your questions and handles the coordination with every trade involved.
Is there a cost to request a project study?
Sending us your project and the first conversation are free and without obligation. We then agree the next steps with you, including the site visit and the design and budget proposal.
Can you manage the project if I live abroad?
Yes. Many owners on the Costa Blanca live elsewhere for part of the year. We manage the project locally and keep you informed with photos, videos and calls, agreeing decisions with you at key milestones.
Who takes care of the licences?
Each town hall sets its own requirements. We confirm what applies to your plot and coordinate the application with the architect or technical professional required.
What kind of projects do you take on?
New pools, infinity and luxury pools, complete renovations, technical modernisation and complete outdoor spaces — for villas, private homes, communities and boutique hotels.
