Outdoor living

Outdoor living, considered as a whole

On this coast you live outside for most of the year. The pool is the centre — but the terrace, shade, kitchen, light and garden decide how the space is actually used.

We rarely see a pool project that is only about the pool. Owners want a place to swim, but also to eat at a long table in the shade, to cook outside, to read under a pergola, to walk barefoot on cool stone and to see the garden lit at night.

We design and manage the exterior as one project with the pool. That avoids the most common problem of Mediterranean exteriors: a fine pool on a terrace that does not work.

Landscaping

Pool and garden as one landscape

A Mediterranean garden integrates the pool into the plot: dry-stone walls and gravel, old olive trees, aromatic shrubs and grasses that need little water and look right all year.

  • Vegetation chosen for sun, salt and wind
  • Efficient drip irrigation and smart controllers
  • Natural stone paths, steps and walls
  • Lawn only where it is genuinely used
  • Lighting for trees and paths

Shade

Terraces, pergolas and the rhythm of the day

The sun path decides everything: morning coffee in the light, lunch in deep shade, evening drinks facing the sunset. Pergolas, planting and walls create those places; materials keep them cool and comfortable.

Pool and exterior, managed together

You explain what you want. We manage everything else, as one project.

Questions

Can you design the exterior without changing the pool?

Yes. Terraces, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, lighting and landscaping can be projects in their own right, and we design and manage them in the same way.

Which plants suit a Costa Blanca pool garden?

Olive, carob, lavender, rosemary, santolina, ornamental grasses and other drought-tolerant Mediterranean species that cope with sun, salt and wind.

Should the pool and exterior be done at the same time?

When possible, yes. Coordinating levels, drainage, lighting and materials avoids rework and gives a more coherent result.

Planning a new pool or a renovation?

Tell us what you have in mind and we take care of the rest. It takes about three minutes.
