This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use this website and submit a project, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect
- Project form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred language, property location and type, project type, budget range, timing and your description.
- Attribution data: the page where you arrived, the referring website and campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) present in the link you followed, so we can understand which channels bring relevant projects.
- Technical data: approximate country derived from the request and browser type. We do not store your IP address with your project.
- Analytics cookies: only if you accept them — see the cookie policy.
Purposes and legal basis
- Studying and managing your project, contacting you about it and preparing your proposal — pre-contractual measures taken at your request and your consent (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
- Sharing the details needed for your project with the professionals and collaborators who take part in it, engaged by Solmarea Pools, so they can visit the property and carry out their part of the project — pre-contractual or contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Improving the website and measuring campaigns — your consent to analytics/marketing cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Recipients
Your data may be shared with: the professionals and collaborators engaged by Solmarea Pools who take part in your project, acting as processors or collaborators and receiving only the details needed for it; technology providers acting as processors, including website hosting and database (Netlify, Inc.) and, if enabled, analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.). Some providers may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Project data is kept for as long as needed to manage your request and, afterwards, for [RETENTION PERIOD — e.g. 24 months] unless you ask us to delete it sooner, and for any period required by law.
Your rights
