Can a luxury pool be built on a steep plot?
Often, and steep plots with sea views are where infinity and overflow edges work best. Retaining walls, structure and access are assessed in our project study and site visit.
How much does a premium villa pool cost?
Architect-designed villa pools with premium finishes, heating and terrace are indicatively in the region of €40,000–100,000+ excluding IVA, and infinity pools on sloping plots generally more, based on publicly available 2025–2026 market information. Only a site visit and our detailed budget give a real figure.
