Turnkey pool construction & renovation on the Costa Blanca
New pools, infinity and luxury pools, complete renovations and full outdoor spaces — designed and managed by Solmarea from the first idea to the final handover, from Dénia and Jávea to Alicante and Orihuela Costa.

Building a pool on the Costa Blanca involves design, licences, excavation, structure, installations, finishes and the exterior around it — and usually several different trades. Solmarea Pools takes care of all of it, as one project.
We study your plot and what you want to create, design the pool with you and prepare a detailed budget. Then we manage the works: we coordinate the architects, builders, installers and specialists each stage needs, supervise the site and keep you informed until the final handover. You have one team and one point of contact throughout.

Context
Building a pool on this coast
The Costa Blanca is generous to pools — long seasons, strong light, mild winters — and demanding on them. Good projects take account of:
- Terrain. In Jávea, Moraira, Benissa and Altea Hills many plots are steep and rocky. Excavation, retaining walls and access for machinery shape both design and budget.
- Water and salt. Hard, calcareous water and coastal salt air affect finishes, stone, metalwork and equipment choices.
- Sun and wind. Orientation determines when the pool is in sun, how quickly water warms and how much evaporates.
- Licences. New pools generally need a municipal licence; requirements vary by town and plot. We confirm what applies and coordinate the application.

Questions
Does Solmarea Pools take care of the whole project?
Yes. We study the project, design it with you, prepare the budget and manage the works through to handover, coordinating and supervising the builders, installers and specialists involved. You deal with one team and one point of contact.
Which areas do you cover?
Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with particular focus on Jávea, Moraira, Benissa, Calpe, Altea, Dénia, Finestrat, Alicante city, Playa de San Juan, El Campello, Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.
How much does a pool cost on the Costa Blanca?
It depends on size, terrain, structure, finishes, equipment and the surrounding terrace. Our guide to the cost of building a pool in Spain explains the main factors and indicative ranges; a real figure comes from our site visit and detailed budget.
